    The overwhelming number of choices that are being offered. It can be challenging to get information on products, determine the lead time, and pricing and gather all the necessary details for projects.
  5.  When you first started your career and now looking back at all the years and all the experiences you have gained. What is the biggest difference?
    Knowing and being able to sell one product vs. knowing many products and learning applications and what product is suitable for different applications.

    I mainly sell the things where the plates and glasses go

  8. Favorite project you have ever worked on?
    Installing products – it’s rewarding to see your work come to life.
  9. What is the hardest project you have ever worked on?
    Running my own business.
  10. What is the most rewarding thing about being a sales rep?
    My continued growth in product knowledge and ability to answer customer questions and help them find the right product for their needs.
  11. What do you think will be trends in 2023?
    I think we will see people use more color vs. white cabinets. I think the use of grey will be very minimal. I can also see our customers trying to do more with fewer resources. Hiring will be slow as our industry digests the financial impact of the last 18 months’ go-go-go nature and adjust to a slower sales cycle.
